Our Christmas and New Year festivities were overshadowed by Jane's injuries - just before Christmas she almost lost a finger, when Graham inadvertently slammed the car boot lid on her hand - then on New Years Day, while walking with the family near Stonehenge, she fell and fractured her ankle. As a result, we spent most of the first three months of 2010 confined to the boat and making visits to the fracture clinic and physiotherapy department at Banbury Hospital. Jane's incapacity and the severe weather during this period added new challenges to our life afloat!
