Aground on the tidal Trent - June 2009
At 12:00 on Tuesday, 2nd June 2009 we went hard aground on 'Plum Bank', on the tidal River Trent, about half a mile from
the village of South Clifton. We had been running on the ebb tide so, once aground, the water level dropped very fast.
